Expand descriptionThis Mini Steel Ramp made by Bluff Manufacturing features an outstanding 30,000 lbs carrying capacity capable of servicing heights from 16” to 32” which versatile enough for standard material handling. It is ideal for ground to dock applications especially when high side is 32″ or less you this can be an economical solution.
You can choose between 2 ramp sizes depending on your application. All models provide more than enough room for maneuvering. The Mini Ramps have a fully-welded all steel construction ensuring top notch durability and strength for heavy duty material handling scenarios.
The Mini Ramp comes with an optional mobility package which includes two screw jacks with rigid steel casters that are mounted at the ramp’s balance point. This allows you to freely and easily move the ramp and better position it even on hard and rough surfaces making it more flexible and versatile than it already is.
The floor plate of the ramp has a diamond approach on both top and bottom ensures a long life on the grating whether you are using manual equipment or forklift trucks.

MINI RAMP SELECTION GUIDELINES
CAPACITY
The capacity you select must be greater than the combined weight of your heaviest forklift and the heaviest weight of anticipated loads it will carry.
WIDTH
Mini Ramps are available in 70” and 84” standard nominal width, with the 84” model capable of accommodating most applications. The usable width is 6” less than the nominal width, and the usable width should be at least 15” wider than the widest equipment to be used on the ramp. Custom widths are available. For railcar use, select the ramp width wide enough to prevent the forklift from hitting the ramp curbs as it turns into the railcar. Consult your forklift manual for radius turning capabilities. Measure railcar door openings to make sure the Yard Ramp will fit.
TYPE AND LENGTH
Straight – 15’ Length: This type is used primarily for ground to dock applications, where no level off is required.
