Expand descriptionThis 16,000 lbs capacity Mini Steel Ramp made by Bluff Manufacturing features an overall length of 15 feet and is available in 3 different nominal widths which cover all standard material handling applications including as scrap yards, construction sites, rental companies or any loading and unloading activities for that matter.
The Mini Ramp is designed for any ground to the dock applications and vice versa specifically material handling requiring 32” or less high side and for target heights that are one-half or less of normal dock height it can get the job done. These ramps effectively and safely address docking issues at a lower price easily making them the economical solution for most docking applications.
This Mini Steel Ramp is constructed out of durable and fully-welded steel which offers maximum resilience and strength for heavy duty material handling scenarios. t has beveled approach while the rest of the platform are serrated steel grating made for better traction and ergonomically engineered to keep-off dusts, water, debris, and more.
It is recommended that you include the optional mobility package which comprises of a pair of screw jacks and rigid casters as well as hand cranks intended for added portability, maneuverability and versatility.

MINI RAMP SELECTION GUIDELINES
CAPACITY
The capacity you select must be greater than the combined weight of your heaviest forklift and the heaviest weight of anticipated loads it will carry.
WIDTH
Mini Ramps are available in 70”, 84” and 94" standard nominal width, with the 84” model capable of accommodating most applications. The usable width is 6” less than the nominal width, and the usable width should be at least 15” wider than the widest equipment to be used on the ramp. Custom widths are available. For railcar use, select the ramp width wide enough to prevent the forklift from hitting the ramp curbs as it turns into the railcar. Consult your forklift manual for radius turning capabilities. Measure railcar door openings to make sure the Yard Ramp will fit.
TYPE AND LENGTH
Straight – 15’ Length: This type is used primarily for ground to dock applications, where no level off is required.
