When will I receive my item?

Our lead time varies on a per product basis. To see a specific products lead time, go to the product page and Ship Time, which can be found right on top of the Buy Box.

There you will be able to see the usual ship time and from where the item will ship. The number of days that it will show you under that tab, refer to business days. Please note the lead time is how long it takes to leave the factory this does not include shipping time. Most items will ship UPS ground, Fedex Ground or by freight/common carrier. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at 732 276-7164.

Please note: While we do our best to give you an estimated ship date, due to the COVID-19 epidemic there may be  unforeseen delays due to shortages in supplies and workforce. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

Will I Receive tracking information when my item ships?
Yes, once we receive tracking information from the warehouse we will email you the shipper and tracking number.

 

I am trying to login to my account but your website won't allow me to. Can I log in to see my previous orders, or see current order status?

Do you ship internationally? 

If you would like to ship an item out of the US, you will have to use your own shipper and customs broker if needed. Please contact us with that information and we will be glad to take your order over the phone, as the system will not allow you to place an order for an address out of the USA. Please contact us if you need shipping dimensions/weight and FOB of an item. For those in the US but not in the continental US, please feel free to contact us about shipping costs.

I added an item to the shopping cart, and it is showing a shipping charge. I don't understand, I thought you advertise Free Shipping?
If you look under the Ad in the header where it says Free Shipping, you will see an asterisk saying On 100's of Products. Some products that can not ship standard UPS/Fedex because of their size, and must ship freight/LTL we do not offer free shipping on. While browsing on our site, you can see which products have free shipping by looking out for the free shipping icon that is clearly displayed. You can also use the product filter to only view products that come with free shipping.

 

We are a tax free organization, how can I place an order without getting charged tax? Which states do you charge tax in?

We only charge sales tax in NJ and California, so if you are a tax free organization out of NJ or California, you can place the order online and you will not be charged tax, of course we always welcome phone orders at 732 276-7164. But there is no need to call in the order so that we shouldn't charge you tax.
Please Note: There are some infrequent situations where we have to charge sales tax in other states for details see this page.

 

How can I get an invoice of a past purchase?

I placed an order online but did not receive an email confirmation. Did my order go through?

If you got a messsage saying, "Congratulations! Your order has been successfully placed." then, yes your order did go through. You should also be able to see an Order number confirmation. You may also check your spam email for a receipt, periodically we have some issues with firewalls of certain email clients that will block the confirmation email from being received.

 

I received my order, but it was damaged what should I do?

It is the costumers responsibility to inspect the shipment for any damages before signing on it as a clear undamaged shipment. If you sign for it and do not report any damage when receiving the item, we can not assure you of replacing damaged item at no cost.
