Great customer service. Arrived with a damaged tube and they quickly replaced it. Assembly went pretty smoothly. Used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was... wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow thru that.
Advantages: Super simple to operate.
Disadvantages: Dumping might be a tad easier if they shorten that front hoop.

I am a 56 year old female and I take care of our wooded, hilly one acre yard. I get 15 yards of mulch in the spring and move a couple cords of oak every season. Every year it takes me longer - I needed help. I looked at costlier versions of power carts - didn’t want to deal with yet another gas engine. My two reservations about the PAW were that it only has two wheels, and was skeptical about the power the batteries could deliver, especially on the hills. After spreading the mulch and moving some wood I now realize my worries were needless. No problems with handling and plenty of power. Definitely allows me to get more done in one day than I have been able to do for a few years. In short - love it!
Advantages: Battery power - charge lasts, powerful. Don’t have to listen to a gas engine while working or maintain a gas engine/keep gas around.
Has plenty of “get up and go”.
Speed is adjustable with switch under thumb.
Handles well.
Easy to assemble.
Disadvantages: To change from forward to reverse you depress a button with your thumb. However there is no indicator to let you know if it is in forward or reverse.
Shipper was horrible. Box had several holes and some hardware had fallen out in transit. Had to get some replacement bolts. Was worried it had been damaged by the shipper given the condition of the packaging but it seems to be fine.

Mostly easy to put together with socket and open end wrenches. Read the instructions. I waited until assembly was complete to wrench tighten all the bolts and didn't have any issues with bolt holes lining up. I have not measured how long it will operate on a charge. Uses two 12 volt batteries in series to produce 24 volts.
Advantages: Power eases the strenuous pushing required with a standard wheelbarrow. Carries a load well without getting tippy. Well balanced. Loaded with 250 pounds of feed it still lifted easily using the handles.
Disadvantages: Will have to bend the bar on the front as it blocks the barrow from tipping far enough forward to dump the manure I haul in it. motor needs a little more torque for going up inclines. Charger is hard to connect.

I bought this electric wheelbarrow for my landscaping business and it was the only one that was priced fairly compared to other brands. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
Advantages: Reduces stamina loss, great for hauling heavy loads, love the fact that there are two front wheels, and does what it says it advertised to do.
Disadvantages: Very hard to assemble because the holes on the Barrow weren't even so I couldn't screw and attach it to the body.

Overall a great machine that is getting a workout around our property. Gave it four stars because of assembly and forward-reverse switch.
Advantages: Very powerful. Has helped me move stone, rocks, dirt, firewood, and bulky objects up hills and to the back yard. Hope it lasts. Good design for control location.
Disadvantages: Very difficult to assemble. It takes two people and putting the tub onto the frame was very frustrating and time consuming. One needs some small hands to get the nuts on in tight places.
Also, forward - reverse switch is finicky.

Disadvantages: Haven't found one yet

I wondered how this PAW would work out. I had a very specific use for it. I live on the side of a very steep ridge at about 5300 feet high in the mountains. We cut our own firewood off of trees on the property and have some nice large oak trees we are working on now. I needed to get the split oak, hard and heavy, straight up the side of the mountain to the woodpile by our house. We heat with wood in the winter. There is no road or driveway. Too steep for a regular wheelbarrow, so it was hand carry every piece. With the PAW we moved 12 loads up the ridge, about 100 feet very steep terrain with loose granite soil. The larger tires of the 300 pound capacity PAW worked well in the soil, and the battery had enough juice, and the motor enough power to pull the loads right up to the pile. Of course, I still have to lift the back of the PAW while going up the hill. But the best solution we have found. Plenty of power and charge even for these heavy duty conditions. As good as I hoped for.
Advantages: Holds as much as I can lift, has plenty of power, and charge lasts a long time even under heavy loads and only steep terrain.
Disadvantages: The dump feature of the wheelbarrow is not electric, so you still have to lift and carry the back end. So be careful how much weight you put into it.

Our unit came promptly, & was simple to assemble, but I agree with other comments that the product documentation is VERY poor quality in regard to clarity & attention to details. Also, there is NO WAY to tell that I actually GOT the 300lb unit I paid for, & not the regular 200lb unit.
Handtrucks2go Specialist: The simplest way to tell is by measuring the tires. The 300lb capacity one has 15" tires instead of the 13" that come with the 200lb model.
Advantages: Simple, safe, charge lasts for several days of regular use for us... we are simply cleaning up after Clydesdales in the barnyard 2x a day & dumping 150ft away, down a hill. My wife I are both 60+ & this unit has made our daily chores MUCH easier & quicker. Thanks all!!!
Disadvantages: Since our 'load' is big & bulky but usually very light, we would love a MUCH bigger plastic tub to bolt onto our unit so we can carry more used hay!!! :-)...

Great electric assist wheelbarrow. Will not take the place of a larger powered material mover, but suits the purpose for general yard chores.
Advantages: Light weight electric powered, silent and starts every time. Hauls less than my other 6 cubic foot manual model.
Disadvantages: Lightweight plastic tub may not be durable. Hauled 2 cords of firewood so far and decided to construct an inner container to protect the flimsy plastic tray. Other wheelbarrow with plastic trays have much thicker constuction. This winter will tell the story if the tray cracks when it is frozen the it is useless for hauling firewood in the winter. Jury is still out on durability. Instructions should direct you to fill the gear box BEFORE you attach the top tray. What a pain to get to the fill plug, just took it apart to fill. How are you supposed to check the level if you can't get to the fill port without taking half the machine apart?

Advantages: The wheelbarrow is very stable and the throttle control is smooth acting. It has plenty of power for slopes. The batteries are sealed lead and easily replaced. Charging is also a simple plug in affair.
Disadvantages: The machine needs some kind of indicator to tell you when you are in forward or reverse. Not knowing this can be a hazard when starting out.

This electric wheelbarrow is s big help with firewood that I need to move over a pretty good distance and up a pretty good incline. However don't expect this machine to pull you up the hill as well as a full load as some of the videos suggest. It does pull a sizable load of wood though. I had some damage to the electrical connector and the customer service folks sent out replacement parts pronto. Good value. Have only used once so I hope it holds up over time.

It took about a week from ordering to dispatch, and arrived later that week. It went together easily and the battery voltages showed almost full charge on arrival. It was in use within the same afternoon, carting around 2.5 yards of fill sand from the road to the back yard, then moving pavers. There was really very little work to move heavy loads with this little beast, and the two wheels gave good stability. There is about a foot of incline along the way, and it was pretty effortless. The unit recharged later without problems. It looks pretty solidly built mechanically, although the wiring by the control box has some loose electrical tape that I'm pretty sure I'll be replacing soon with heat-shrink. I'll be out using it again this weekend. Overall, it's a big help with moving heavy loads around, compared with the single-wheel manual barrow that preceded it.

Good setup instructions with photos. No extra pieces when complete. Needed to hand tighten the cables a little. It would be nice if there was some color in it. My daughter says it looks like a tactical wheelbarrow for military gardens. Using it is a no brainer. It took a 215lb load up to our pasture with almost none of my effort on a half charged battery. I am using it to move tons of drain rock and my wife uses it to take vast amounts of garden debris too large to compost up to a pile farther away from the garden than she normally would. I highly recommend this PAW. It's fun to work now. Mini Dump Truck!

I Give this tool 5 stars. I am a 61 year-old female, and I have a lot of rock, and dirt that needs to be moved in my yard. I haven't gotten to the rock yet, but I have moved a few yards of dirt, with no problem at all. My yard is sloped, and the this tool handles it with ease... I just walk behind it to steer, and let it do all the work.
I had a friend help me put it together, and it was rather simple. The directions were clear enough that we didn't have to do any rework.
I recommend the Pro-Paw Electric Wheelbarrow to anyone needing a little assist with their yard work.

Overall I am happy with my PAW. The directions were terrible because of mislabeled parts and pictures didn't match up to the directions (picture showed wrong bolts being used). Also, I should point out that the Chinese welders clearly didn't care about the quality. One leg of mine isn't square to the frame and kicks out more than the other leg, also found sharp edges that were not ground down so be careful when putting together.
Once I actually got the thing together, it's been great. Makes moving material around my property much easier. I haven't had mine long, so I can't say it will hold up and function well for years, but I can't see why it wouldn't.
In the end I am happy with my purchase and would buy again.

The first PAW arrived broken. The second one had a problem with the battery contact and a broken weld. The bucket also does not fit well and may need to be redrilled. We also ordered a platform that has yet to arrive. However, we do heavy trail work, and this will come in very handy to move heavy supplies up and down the trail. It is back breaking work and we're looking forward to this wheel barrow saving our backs for another day.
