Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was able to maneuver around it. I wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow through that.

The Powered Wheel Barrow is an amazing product, I certainly wish I’ve discovered this years ago. We live in Florida where the grass is thick and pushing a regular wheel barrow is like a workout. The PAW rolls through the thick St. Augustine grass with no problem. It works perfectly just as described in their website. It’s balanced and the hand controls are easy to use. I seriously wish I had bought these years ago. It's made moving mattresses around our showroom so much easier. The Mattress Cart is very steady - even kings can be a one person operation. Also very glad we went with the bigger wheels.

I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly and it is perfect for my 5' 1" Kawai G-1. This dolly is super strong with superb casters. The 5 inch casters even have grease fitting installed on them. The directions this unit are not great but, there are plenty of you tube videos to help you assemble the pieces. This is the best grand piano made. It also looks good once installed on the piano.

I was in need of a hand truck that was light weight and able to pick up 2 stacks of milk crates at the same time. I have to admit for a small business the cost for one of these Escalera Hand Trucks was biggest factor as to why I never bought one. I bought the Compact Fully-Electric Pallet Jack from Apollo Lifts to support our growth an take some of the work out of using manually pallet Jack's. It work much better than expected. It has cut my labor costs and gets truck loaded and unloaded faster. It was easy to assemble and once the battery was charged put to work right away.
