We purchased the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck to move appliances in San Francisco most of the elevators in these buildings are over 100 years old so we were having to do it all by hand carrying it up and down the staircases. This purchase has made life 100 times easier. We got the extended tow plate, big wheel attachment, upgraded battery, swivel caster attachment and an extra extension strap. These are used to move 800lb hydraulic elevator tank/ pump assemblies/ tall elevator controllers, and misc elevator crates in and out of buildings. Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was able to maneuver around it. I wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow through that.

We previously had one Liberty hand truck and a cheaper one. We decided to get rid of the cheap one and purchase a second Liberty. These hand trucks are absolutely awesome!

I collect antique slot machines for home entertainment and getting these 250lb machines up my stairway has been a problem. Normally I rent an electric stair climber when I need one but the last time I had to drive 50 miles to the nearest rental company that had one. This was a total of 200 miles driven for a 10 minute job.

This was the last time. I decided to buy my own. The Escalera Motorized Stair Climber was a perfect solution. It is a really quality hand truck and it performs as advertised. Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. Church elders thanked me. Even a Customer. I'm happy and would recommend you this Piano Dolly to all interested parties.
