Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. We purchased the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck to move appliances in San Francisco most of the elevators in these buildings are over 100 years old so we were having to do it all by hand carrying it up and down the staircases. This purchase has made life 100 times easier. We got the extended tow plate, big wheel attachment, upgraded battery, swivel caster attachment and an extra extension strap. We were able to not only move appliances but other large extremely difficult and bulky items.

I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly and it is perfect for my 5' 1" Kawai G-1. This dolly is super strong with superb casters. The 5 inch casters even have grease fitting installed on them. The directions this unit are not great but, there are plenty of you tube videos to help you assemble the pieces. This is the best grand piano made. It also looks good once installed on the piano.

We purchased these hand trucks for our rental properties maintenance techs in four states. This product is amazing! I had a guy in a boot for his foot use this hand truck to take a refrigerator up three floors and down three floors and it took little muscle and one foot!  We love them!  Every Property Management team should have one!

This is a great dolly for our baby grand. Assembly is a two-person job. It's not difficult, but you just need four hands at times. I have plenty of help to lift the piano onto the cart. The cart works great and looks good too. Highly recommended.
