I've ordered from here twice and both times the customer service has been wonderful. Great customer service is hard to come by, but this team is amazing! 

Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. Church elders thanked me. Even a Customer. I'm happy and would recommend you this Piano Dolly to all interested parties.

I have a beverage delivery route, and durability is important since I typically haul 4 to 5 cases on a single hand truck which weigh about 35lbs each. I was looking at folding hand trucks since my delivery truck is usually packed with cases leaving me with not much room for extras. I own numerous apartment buildings and laundromats. I have no clue how we have survived as long as we have without this Escalera Motorized Stair Climber! Seriously, big 1000 lb washing machines are no problem, getting them over a threshold is easy as pie now or taking a damn appliance up 4 flights of stairs... Not a problem anymore. As an HVAC contractor, our teams often transport large condensers and support materials over a variety of soft and uneven surfaces. I was in need of a hand truck that was light weight and able to pick up 2 stacks of milk crates at the same time. These Upright Piano Dollies work great! Keep asking myself "Why did you wait so long?" Everyone in our Family can move the piano easily, even my granddaughter!
