Expand descriptionThis 800 lbs capacity All Aluminum Wagon features a classic yet ergonomic push design that comes with a large solid deck measuring 27″ wide and 45″ long equipped with drain holes and 1.5″ perimeter lip on all four corners built for all-around heavy duty material handling applications such as landscaping, gardening, beach activities, fishing, farming and even for commercial and industrial uses.
The Push Wagon from Alumacart is fully-welded and constructed with aluminum which does not rust, corrode nor require regular maintenance ensuring longer service life and outstanding resilience despite day to day usage. It is capable of hauling a total of 15 three gallon containers or in large quantities of load at a time making it perfect for just about anything.
It is equipped with two front swivel and two rigid rear 10” 4-ply pneumatic rubber tires which offer excellent maneuverability, stability and durability making it ideal for material handling done both indoors and outdoors. There is also an option to upgrade your tires to flat-free material which allows you to smoothly go through uneven and rough terrains.
You can add in other optional accessories to cater your needs such as the rod racks intended for fishing rods or wagon walls for added security and safety. The optional wagon hitch is also a popular choice as it makes it more convenient to bring along the wagon to virtually anywhere by simply attaching it to your vehicle.

- Flat-Free Tire Upgrade - Replaces the Pneumatic wheels with 10″ Solid polyurethane foam tires are lightweight, non marking & never go flat complete with 2.25″ offset hub & 5/8″ or 3/4″ bearings as well as grease fittings. Also perfect for pressure washers, hand trucks, generators & much more.
- Balloon Sand Tire Upgrade - Replaces the Pneumatic wheels with four 30 cm Balloon Polyurethane Wheel with 7/8” Polypropylene Hub measuring 11.8″ in diameter and 7″ width. It is best suited over sand and soft terrain. It has no bearings, no risk of binding in the sand.
- Wagon Wall - Adds an 8.5" tall wall fabricated using 4″ x 1″ aluminum channel for horizontal walls and 1″ x 1/8″ square aluminum tubing for wall uprights on top of the wagon providing better security and protection to your loads. Walls slide into ten aluminum receivers (1 1/4″ square tubes) that are bolted to the bed of the wagons with all stainless steel hardware. Can be removed at any time, each side can be independently removed also. (Note: The space between the lip of the deck and the bottom of the horizontal wall is 3-1/4”. The total overall height of the walls from the bottom of the deck is 8-1/2”)
- Rod Racks –A Single Rod Rack Accessory containing a total of four rod holders. It can be added & removed at anytime, comes with all stainless steel mounting hardware. It is fabricated using 3/16″ aluminum flat bar 21″ long bolted to wagon bed and 2″ round 9″ long aluminum tubing for rod holders
- Cutting Board - All aluminum board and stainless steel hardware. Cutting board pipe slides easily into Alumacart rod holders which are 2″ in diameter. It includes cup holder with drain hole, lure holes and knife and pliers holes. It measures 25" Long x 14" Wide x 10" Deep and weighs at around 6 lbs.
- Paddleboard/ Surf Board Holder - Fabricated with heavy duty aluminum guaranteeing durability and longevity. Aluminum upright is fabricated using 1 3/4″ round aluminum pipe which slides into any Alumacart rod holder. “Arms” of the holders are fabricated using 1″ aluminum pipe and covered in rubber safety padding to protect your boards. It measures It measures 44" Long x 23" Wide x 1.66" Deep weighing at around 14 lbs per holder.
- Chair Holder - A pair of holders designed to hang your foldable chairs. It measures 44" Long x 15.5" Wide x 1.66" Deep weighing at around 11 lbs per holder. It slides easily into Alumacart rod holders which are 2″ in diameter.
- Wagon Hitch – A hitch constructed out of heavy duty all aluminum welded construction with stainless steel hardware. It makes it easier to transport the wagon to your desired location. The 2″ x 1/4″ square radius aluminum tube slides easily into any standard tow package. Also includes LED brake light.
- Clevis Attachment - Fabricated using 1 1/2″ x 3/8″ aluminum flat bar welded to 1 1/4″ square aluminum tube to slide over 1″ square tube on the pull wagon handles. It can easily slide over all of our pull wagon handles for easy accessibility and storage. Now you can haul your wagon behind your ATV, golf cart or lawn mower. It measures 9.5" Long x 1.5" Wide x 2" Deep and weughs at around 3 lbs.
