Expand descriptionThis 800 lbs capacity Heavy Duty Aluminum Wagon features a pull design equipped with a 27″ wide and 45″ long deck bed with 1.5” high lip on its edges offering plenty of room to work on for all types of material handling. It can handle just about anything from gardening, fishing, camping landscaping to commercial and industrial applications.
The Pull Wagon comes standard with two front swivel and two rigid rear 10” 4-ply pneumatic rubber tires which provides excellent traction and maneuverability capable of running over most terrains and surfaces. This makes it perfect for both indoor and outdoor activities. You can also choose to upgrade them to Solid Flat Free tires which perform better on rougher and uneven terrain making it suitable for just about anything.
It is made out of fully-welded aluminum with stainless steel hardware guaranteeing you quality and longevity despite constant heavy usage under harsh working conditions. The Aluminum Wagon does not require any maintenance and comes with an ergonomic design making it fairly easy and convenient to handle.
This Heavy Duty All Aluminum Pull Wagon can be paired with other options and accessories to further add to its already great features. Optional wagon walls are recommended especially when you’re dealing with taller and bulkier items for more security. The wagon hitch allows you to attach the wagon to your vehicle making it effortless to transport from one location to another.

- Flat-Free Tire Upgrade - Replaces the Pneumatic wheels with 10″ Solid polyurethane foam tires are lightweight, non marking & never go flat complete with 2.25″ offset hub & 5/8″ or 3/4″ bearings as well as grease fittings. Also perfect for pressure washers, hand trucks, generators & much more.
- Balloon Sand Tire Upgrade - Replaces the Pneumatic wheels with four 30 cm Balloon Polyurethane Wheel with 7/8” Polypropylene Hub measuring 11.8″ in diameter and 7″ width. It is best suited over sand and soft terrain. It has no bearings, no risk of binding in the sand.
- Wagon Wall - Adds an 8.5" tall wall fabricated using 4″ x 1″ aluminum channel for horizontal walls and 1″ x 1/8″ square aluminum tubing for wall uprights on top of the wagon providing better security and protection to your loads. Walls slide into ten aluminum receivers (1 1/4″ square tubes) that are bolted to the bed of the wagons with all stainless steel hardware. Can be removed at any time, each side can be independently removed also. (Note: The space between the lip of the deck and the bottom of the horizontal wall is 3-1/4”. The total overall height of the walls from the bottom of the deck is 8-1/2”)
- Rod Racks –A Single Rod Rack Accessory containing a total of four rod holders. It can be added & removed at anytime, comes with all stainless steel mounting hardware. It is fabricated using 3/16″ aluminum flat bar 21″ long bolted to wagon bed and 2″ round 9″ long aluminum tubing for rod holders
- Cutting Board - All aluminum board and stainless steel hardware. Cutting board pipe slides easily into Alumacart rod holders which are 2″ in diameter. It includes cup holder with drain hole, lure holes and knife and pliers holes. It measures 25" Long x 14" Wide x 10" Deep and weighs at around 6 lbs.
- Paddleboard/ Surf Board Holder - Fabricated with heavy duty aluminum guaranteeing durability and longevity. Aluminum upright is fabricated using 1 3/4″ round aluminum pipe which slides into any Alumacart rod holder. “Arms” of the holders are fabricated using 1″ aluminum pipe and covered in rubber safety padding to protect your boards. It measures It measures 44" Long x 23" Wide x 1.66" Deep weighing at around 14 lbs per holder. (Note: Price already includes two holders)
- Chair Holder - A pair of holders designed to hang your foldable chairs. It measures 44" Long x 15.5" Wide x 1.66" Deep weighing at around 11 lbs per holder. It slides easily into Alumacart rod holders which are 2″ in diameter. (Note: Price already includes two holders)
- Wagon Hitch – A hitch constructed out of heavy duty all aluminum welded construction with stainless steel hardware. It makes it easier to transport the wagon to your desired location. The 2″ x 1/4″ square radius aluminum tube slides easily into any standard tow package. Also includes LED brake light.
- Clevis Attachment - Fabricated using 1 1/2″ x 3/8″ aluminum flat bar welded to 1 1/4″ square aluminum tube to slide over 1″ square tube on the pull wagon handles. It can easily slide over all of our pull wagon handles for easy accessibility and storage. Now you can haul your wagon behind your ATV, golf cart or lawn mower. It measures 9.5" Long x 1.5" Wide x 2" Deep and weughs at around 3 lbs.
