    Dandy machine. Arrived promptly and in good shape. Seems sturdy an well made.

    Advantages: Hauls up and down the stairs just fine. Comes with a charger. You remove the battery and hook it to the charger. Extra batteries available. We just bought it for home use -- my shop and my wife's work area, along with my cello practice room and computer area, are on the house's lower level, and heavy stuff is going up and down the stairs a lot. We are both elderly and can't schlep as well as we once could.

    Disadvantages: The device is heavy and a bit unwieldy, especially using it like a standard hand truck on level ground. You click down the treads for stairs, then click them back up for level ground. The handle is long and extensible, and you need the full length to balance the load -- the center of gravity is rather to the front. You control the treads with buttons at the top of the handle. Read the instructions, since you have to flick on a switch at the battery and another at the handle to begin using the tread motion switches.
