Expand descriptionThis 2,000 lbs capacity Dual Speed Electric Chain Hoist has a built-in motorized trolley which is easily attachable to a beam. This model gives you the option to lift and carry loads at a speed of 7.9 ft/min or at a faster rate of 23.6 ft/min.
It's ideal for machine shops, construction sites, warehousing, storage areas, manufacturing, production and maintenance and other material handling facilities where having slow and fast speed are essential for accurate positioning of the load as well as reducing the jolt effect when hoisting.
Its compact aluminum body is completely sealed and water/dust resistant with a lightweight construction which makes it extremely durable and flexible at the same time. Bison Lifting Equipment has made it easy for everyone to use their electric chain hoist by providing you with an ergonomic pendant controller which is basically a remote where you can lift or lower your loads with a push of a button. An emergency button can also be found on the controller to immediately cease operation in case of emergencies.
This product is designed for buildings that are wired with 230V or 460V. We will prewire the hoist to the voltage of your choice. Voltage can be easily changed as well by simply removing the cover of its body and switching it to either 230V or 460V.
The electric chain hoist comes standard with a lift height of 20 feet but custom lift heights are available upon request. Please call customer service. It also requires little to no maintenance at all and even includes a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

- Compact aluminum die-cast body ensures a low headroom and lightweight construction and is completely sealed with IP55 protection against water and dust ingress.
- Built-in friction clutch that protects hoist from over-winding
- Schneider mechanically interlocked quality contactors as standard with a high-duty rating
- Standard drop down control panel cover allowing ease in access as well as safety when carrying out installation and maintenance
- An emergency stop button to shut off power in the event of an emergency (simply twist and release)
- Low voltage push buttons with a positive action and strain relief wire, molded into the pendant cable for added support and durability
