Expand descriptionThis Wireless Fork Scale Attachment innovated by RAVAS is designed to be used together with a forklift. Unlike other fork attachments, this model can accurately weigh loads on the spot improving overall productivity and efficiency. The forks can carry up to 6,000 lbs worth of load with a maximum tolerance of 0.1% of the load lifted.
You can choose between 4 different fork lengths depending on which best suit your type of material handling application. The elimination of the cover plates, leave no external components on the fork shank and a minimal fork height of 2.3” make these forks even easier to fit onto fork positioners.
Each fork has its own rechargeable Li-ion 3.7V / 5.2Ah battery pack offers up to 75 hours of battery life despite continuous usage. Bluetooth is a standard feature on this model, providing connectivity to tablets and smart phones. The RAVAS WeightsApp can act as a remote display and remote control for the scale, allowing you to download weighing data.

- Printer - A 12V separate thermal printer which can print-out a maximum 24 characters per line. Print-out with weight, code, sequence number and date and time. Total weight is printed at end of cycle. This includes including 2 additional paper rolls measuring 2.28"width x 2" diameter x 700" length. To save battery power the printer is only switched on during a printing command.
- WiFi Integrated - Allows an easy connection and integration into your WiFi-network. WiFi protocols 802.11 b/g and 802.11 n (2,4 GHz) and provides secure data access with WPA-Personal, WPA2-Personal. No WPA-2 Enterprise security level. Control LED which lights green when the module is connected to the network. Including antenna installed in the polymer housing. Fully integrated in the indicator housing, protected against humidity and shocks. Power consumption 12V / 150mA.
