Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was able to maneuver around it. I wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow through that.

Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. Best purchase we have made in 10 years. What took two men with a standard pallet jack to load a container truck now takes one with the new PowerPallet Truck.

The Escalera Stair Climber is an awesome hand truck. Works as advertised. Very easy to use. I opt the forklift option and it greatly helps to balance the load. Moved multiple 500 lbs. geothermal heat pumps in a 3 story house with 2 guys. It took less than 10 minutes to climb 1 geo unit all 67 steps. This dolly even climbed spiral staircase with ease. I would highly recommend this dolly to anybody that has to move heavy object up and down the stairs.

I have bad knees and going up and down stairs is hard on me. I have a load of 5 to 7 computers on my old hand truck all I could think of was am I going to have enough in me to keep them from falling down the stairs. Now with the Escalera Motorized Stair Climber With Forklift Handtruck I do not worry I just let stair climber do it job with little effort on my part.

The Powered Wheel Barrow is an amazing product, I certainly wish I’ve discovered this years ago. We live in Florida where the grass is thick and pushing a regular wheel barrow is like a workout. The PAW rolls through the thick St. Augustine grass with no problem. It works perfectly just as described in their website. It’s balanced and the hand controls are easy to use. These Upright Piano Dollies are just as good as the ones we installed on an upright piano a few years ago.

This is the 4th one of the Spartan Senior hand trucks that I have purchased. They’re lightweight, affordable and hood up to the loads I carry on them. Every time my business expands I get another. I’ll keep buying them as long as Handtrucks2go keeps selling them. Only thing I wish I could get is a brake on one of the small wheels. If you have that as an option please let me know. Otherwise I have to get them somewhere else because I have to have a brake for the small wheels.

Thank goodness for Handtrucks2GO. I own a Kartmaster HD500. Pretty expensive cart but the casters were completely worn. No one else had the part and now I'm back in business.
