Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was able to maneuver around it. I wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow through that.

The Anderson Vending Machine and Appliance Dolly was the best purchase to move our vending machines! We didn’t have to empty our machines of any products and the machine empty weighs 600lbs with the extra product load it was nearly 640lbs. It only took myself and my wife to move the machine, she steered while I pushed. The price we would’ve paid for professional movers was the same price we paid for the product. It paid for itself in one move. The location was so impressed how easy it was to use they asked us if we could move their 500lb safe and they would pay us for our time and use of equipment.

I have a beverage delivery route, and durability is important since I typically haul 4 to 5 cases on a single hand truck which weigh about 35lbs each. I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. This is the 4th one of the Spartan Senior hand trucks that I have purchased. They’re lightweight, affordable and hood up to the loads I carry on them. Every time my business expands I get another. I’ll keep buying them as long as Handtrucks2go keeps selling them. Only thing I wish I could get is a brake on one of the small wheels. If you have that as an option please let me know. Otherwise I have to get them somewhere else because I have to have a brake for the small wheels.

I have to admit for a small business the cost for one of these Escalera Hand Trucks was biggest factor as to why I never bought one. BUT it’s one of the better purchases I have made.  I don’t have to worry about hiring more men just to move one price of equipment.  Not to mention saving myself from all that back pain.

Love our PowerPallet convertor kit. The unit went on our manual jack easily and fairly quickly. The driver delivered 18 stops before the battery started showing yellow.

I love my Escalera Stair Cat. I used in an elementary school with no elevator makes very short work of pulling a dolly loaded with cases of paper to the third floor. The forklift attachment works great for loading heavy furniture up onto a stage.  I also used to require 4 men tto move a heavy wooden desk downstairs but now it can be accomplished by one person with NO back pain!
