I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. What a wonderful hand truck. I can't believe it took me so long before purchasing one. I used to lug heavy boxes around. Those days are over. It's sturdy, can hold hundreds of pounds of merchandise, and saved my back.

Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. Church elders thanked me. Even a Customer. I'm happy and would recommend you this Piano Dolly to all interested parties.

Overall it’s a great product. The BP-Liberator Hand Truck that I custom built definitely helps a lot for going up and down stairs. It’s also lighter than my other big dollies. It’s fairly expensive, but it’s also very good quality. I will defintely buy from here again.

I purchased my first Lectro Truck in 1988. The steel version called old orange. A great machine for my plumbing and heating business. One man can safely move a 900 pound boiler upstairs out of the house and on to the truck,where it used to take 3 or 4 men.

I felt it was time to upgrade to the 6512E.We still have old orange for use around the shop and the new one now goes to the jobs. I have made and saved alot of money using this product and most important no one was ever hurt moving these large heavy items. Keep up the good work on these quality hand trucks! Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. We got this Escalera Hand Truck for getting kegs and spent grain up from a small brewery located about 3 1/2' below grade level. I'm 66 and was the first to use it.
