Excellent! This Grand Piano Dolly is strong, easy to put together and rolls beautifully without scratching the floor. The design is excellent as well as you can easily play the piano while it is on the dolly. It was also delivered in time and just what we needed.

I have a beverage delivery route, and durability is important since I typically haul 4 to 5 cases on a single hand truck which weigh about 35lbs each. I was looking at folding hand trucks since my delivery truck is usually packed with cases leaving me with not much room for extras. I purchased the lifting feet for my escalera staircat. The ordering process was fast and easy. The shipping time was reasonable and installation was simple.  They fit perfectly and are of very high quality.  The experience overall was above what I expected.  

The hotel luggage platform cart was purchased for the residents who live in a 13th floor condominium building. Residents praised its ease of maneuverability and functionality.
We went and purchased a second one it was so good!

I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. The manufacturer got the part out and is on their way. They not only sent one set of the missing parts they sent two sets making sure they had the bases covered. Just WOW! I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly for my 5'2" Cable Nelson Baby Grand. I am very happy with it. I was worried about assembly, but it turned out to be easy. I'm glad I purchased the one with brakes as one day I will have hardwood floors again. I'm absolutely happy.

We got this Escalera Hand Truck for getting kegs and spent grain up from a small brewery located about 3 1/2' below grade level. I'm 66 and was the first to use it. I had to get 10 half-barrels (about 130 lbs each) up for a pickup. I got them all up and in position in 27 minutes, with hardly any effort. This is an amazing piece of equipment!

The Powered Wheel Barrow is an amazing product, I certainly wish I’ve discovered this years ago. We live in Florida where the grass is thick and pushing a regular wheel barrow is like a workout. The PAW rolls through the thick St. Augustine grass with no problem. It works perfectly just as described in their website. It’s balanced and the hand controls are easy to use. I will surely be coming back for more! 

As an HVAC contractor, our teams often transport large condensers and support materials over a variety of soft and uneven surfaces. Traditional hand-trucks were both difficult to use, and potentially dangerous. We looked for and alternative to the traditional hand-truck and found the MultiMover XT. The Escalera Stair Climber is an awesome hand truck. Works as advertised. Very easy to use. I opt the forklift option and it greatly helps to balance the load. Moved multiple 500 lbs. geothermal heat pumps in a 3 story house with 2 guys. It took less than 10 minutes to climb 1 geo unit all 67 steps. This dolly even climbed spiral staircase with ease. I would highly recommend this dolly to anybody that has to move heavy object up and down the stairs.

The Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck is an amazing piece of gear we had been using a regular hand truck to move 300lb copiers up stairs. I decided to order online for the first time and the site was user friendly. Shipping was prompt. The product well packaged and just as described.

Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily.
