The Powermate Powered Stair Climber Truck is a great product. We immediately moved two safes within a couple of days of receiving it and needless to say the process was much easier and more cost efficient. Very satisfied.

I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. The manufacturer got the part out and is on their way. They not only sent one set of the missing parts they sent two sets making sure they had the bases covered. Just WOW! This piano dolly is amazing. I can now move my expensive piano smoothly and safely, regardless of the cracks in the side walks. It is so easy to turn, steady, and push. It handles the rough terrain so easily. This company has great customer service. They always responded to my correspondence. When a wheel broke off, they replaced the whole dolly at no cost to us. The Escalera Stair Climber is an awesome hand truck. Works as advertised. Very easy to use. I opt the forklift option and it greatly helps to balance the load. Moved multiple 500 lbs. geothermal heat pumps in a 3 story house with 2 guys. It took less than 10 minutes to climb 1 geo unit all 67 steps. This dolly even climbed spiral staircase with ease. I would highly recommend this dolly to anybody that has to move heavy object up and down the stairs.
