Great service on this purchase from beginnong to end. The product arrived quickly and the handtrucks went together easily with all the hardware included. Even the hardware is good quality and the BP Liberator Hand Truck will last a long time, we already have few of this brand. Glad to find a good deal on some new ones.

Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. Church elders thanked me. Even a Customer. I'm happy and would recommend you this Piano Dolly to all interested parties.

This is the second set of Twin Dollies I have purchased from Handtrucks2go. I have a beverage delivery route, and durability is important since I typically haul 4 to 5 cases on a single hand truck which weigh about 35lbs each. This is a great dolly for our baby grand. Assembly is a two-person job. It's not difficult, but you just need four hands at times. I have plenty of help to lift the piano onto the cart. The cart works great and looks good too. Highly recommended.

I searched alot for the right cart. We are a community handbell choir that travels and performs concerts. Our equipment is heavy and big cases for big bells and heavy tables. We purchased the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck to move appliances in San Francisco most of the elevators in these buildings are over 100 years old so we were having to do it all by hand carrying it up and down the staircases. This purchase has made life 100 times easier. We got the extended tow plate, big wheel attachment, upgraded battery, swivel caster attachment and an extra extension strap. We were able to not only move appliances but other large extremely difficult and bulky items.

As a plumbing contractor with a fully equipped machine shop, I was going to make one myself but decided to spend the $ and not look back. I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly and it is perfect for my 5' 1" Kawai G-1. This dolly is super strong with superb casters. The 5 inch casters even have grease fitting installed on them. The directions this unit are not great but, there are plenty of you tube videos to help you assemble the pieces. This is the best grand piano made. It also looks good once installed on the piano.
