These are used to move 800lb hydraulic elevator tank/ pump assemblies/ tall elevator controllers, and misc elevator crates in and out of buildings. As an HVAC contractor, our teams often transport large condensers and support materials over a variety of soft and uneven surfaces. Traditional hand-trucks were both difficult to use, and potentially dangerous. We looked for and alternative to the traditional hand-truck and found the MultiMover XT. The Anderson Vending Machine and Appliance Dolly was the best purchase to move our vending machines! We didn’t have to empty our machines of any products and the machine empty weighs 600lbs with the extra product load it was nearly 640lbs. We purchased the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck to move appliances in San Francisco most of the elevators in these buildings are over 100 years old so we were having to do it all by hand carrying it up and down the staircases. This purchase has made life 100 times easier. We got the extended tow plate, big wheel attachment, upgraded battery, swivel caster attachment and an extra extension strap. We were able to not only move appliances but other large extremely difficult and bulky items.

I own numerous apartment buildings and laundromats. I have no clue how we have survived as long as we have without this Escalera Motorized Stair Climber!
