UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. We have had this same Lectro-Truck for 25 years. This new model 6512E is like on steroids. Very pleased with our purchase. If you have to carry heavy items up and down stairs. This unit will do it for you. Love our Lectro-Truck.

I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly for my 5'2" Cable Nelson Baby Grand. I am very happy with it. I was worried about assembly, but it turned out to be easy. I'm glad I purchased the one with brakes as one day I will have hardwood floors again. I'm absolutely happy.

The Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck is an amazing piece of gear we had been using a regular hand truck to move 300lb copiers up stairs. Now we can do this with 2 men instead of 3 and the 2nd one is really only there to help avoid bumping into walls. We are quite happy with the product.

Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was able to maneuver around it. I wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow through that.

I purchased the Escalera Motorized Stair Climber along with Hitch/Reciever and the Big Wheel attachments which are most definitely must haves. Being able to move my HVAC equipment by myself has been quite liberating and is saving a lot of additional labor expenses. It's a little slow, it takes me about 2-3 minutes to go up a flight of stairs by myself, which is fine considering that I am not hurting myself or tired after I'm done.

Learning to go down the stairs was a challenge at first but totally doable.
