I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. The manufacturer got the part out and is on their way. They not only sent one set of the missing parts they sent two sets making sure they had the bases covered. Just WOW! I have had a power assist wheelbarrow from Handtrucks2go perhaps 5 or 6 years. An incredible assist for hawling most anything. Recently I damaged the transformer for recharging the batteries. I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly and it is perfect for my 5' 1" Kawai G-1. This dolly is super strong with superb casters. The 5 inch casters even have grease fitting installed on them. The directions this unit are not great but, there are plenty of you tube videos to help you assemble the pieces. This is the best grand piano made. It also looks good once installed on the piano.

Moving heavy stuff way easier with Powermate Powered Stair Climber Truck-M Series. Handtrucks2go helped greatly during order process and changed to different model that would ship in 2-3 days. Very happy no longer moving safe with a pipe and brute strength. Worth every penny.

This is the second convertible hand truck of this type I've purchased, the first of which I left at our cabin in New Hampshire. Up there I use it for hauling wood and boulders around. Down here I use if for transporting music gear and bags of garden soil.

The Powered Wheel Barrow is an amazing product, I certainly wish I’ve discovered this years ago. We live in Florida where the grass is thick and pushing a regular wheel barrow is like a workout. The PAW rolls through the thick St. Augustine grass with no problem. It works perfectly just as described in their website. It’s balanced and the hand controls are easy to use. I will surely be coming back for more!

Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was able to maneuver around it. I wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow through that.

Overall it’s a great product. The BP-Liberator Hand Truck that I custom built definitely helps a lot for going up and down stairs. It’s also lighter than my other big dollies. It’s fairly expensive, but it’s also very good quality. I will defintely buy from here again.

As an HVAC contractor, our teams often transport large condensers and support materials over a variety of soft and uneven surfaces. I own a HVAC company. I recently had back surgery and I needed to find a way to load/unload from my trucks and get my equipment/ units up and downstairs, in attics and on shelves. This is it! To me the $3,000+ expense was kinda steep but compared to my $90,000+ surgery I feel like it's a great investment.

I purchased the Escalera Motorized Stair Climber along with Hitch/Reciever and the Big Wheel attachments which are most definitely must haves. Being able to move my HVAC equipment by myself has been quite liberating and is saving a lot of additional labor expenses. It's a little slow, it takes me about 2-3 minutes to go up a flight of stairs by myself, which is fine considering that I am not hurting myself or tired after I'm done.

Learning to go down the stairs was a challenge at first but totally doable. I find myself very popular among my friends and family who have been getting me to come show off my new toy to move various large items like a pinball machine, a refrigerator, a safe etc. All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase. So YES I recommend this product.

I have to admit for a small business the cost for one of these Escalera Hand Trucks was biggest factor as to why I never bought one. The Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck is an amazing piece of gear we had been using a regular hand truck to move 300lb copiers up stairs. Now we can do this with 2 men instead of 3 and the 2nd one is really only there to help avoid bumping into walls. We are quite happy with the product.

The Anderson Vending Machine and Appliance Dolly was the best purchase to move our vending machines! We didn’t have to empty our machines of any products and the machine empty weighs 600lbs with the extra product load it was nearly 640lbs. It only took myself and my wife to move the machine, she steered while I pushed. The price we would’ve paid for professional movers was the same price we paid for the product. It paid for itself in one move. The location was so impressed how easy it was to use they asked us if we could move their 500lb safe and they would pay us for our time and use of equipment.
