This Single Phase Electric Chain Hoist is rated with a maximum weight capacity 10,000 lbs and a standard lift height of 20 ft intended for use in buildings that are wired with 115V or 230V. We will prewire the hoist to the voltage of your choice. Voltage can be easily changed as well by simply removing the cover of its body and switching it to either 115V or 230V.

It is equipped with forged swivel hook capable of rotating up to 360° guaranteeing versatility. Hooks are notched to securely accommodate the heavy duty cast safety latches. This Electric Chain Hoist is typically used together with a beam clamp, beam trolley with clamps, chain-geared beam trollies or beam trolley on an existing beam. Note that in order to use this product an existing beam is necessary. If you do not have any, you will need to purchase a separate Gantry Crane.

Driven by a potent 2 Hp heavy-duty motor, the hoist delivers a lifting speed of 4.2 ft/min. Its motor features an H4 classification and Class B insulation, designed with cooling fans and thermal protection to ensure longevity and reliable performance under demanding conditions.

Safety is at the forefront of this hoist's design. It includes an advanced brake system that engages when power is disconnected, protecting your equipment and personnel. This safety brake only disengages when power is supplied, and doesn't rely on voltage-sensitive rectifiers, ensuring reliable operation across varied power conditions. Further, its built-in friction clutch prevents over-winding, and high-quality limit switches offer overload protection for both lifting and lowering operations.
