This Fork Scale Attachment is designed to be used together with a forklift. It has a high weight capacity of 10,000 lbs allowing you to lift just about anything. This also includes a weight indicator connected wirelessly to the forks making this extremely versatile and convenient to handle.

The Wireless Fork Scale Attachment supports a variety of scale functions, including automatic and manual zero correction, gross/net weighing, and totaling with sequence numbers. It also enables wireless data transfer to mobile devices that support Bluetooth technology for added convenience.

Power supply of the forks comes from compact rechargeable Li-ion battery packs. Each fork has its own battery pack with 75 hours of continuous use. Get the extra battery packs so that you can use the forks indefinitely. Four different fork lengths are available. These are easy to install in combination with fork positioners.

  • Optional NTEP Approved/Legal For Trade Version: Ensure accuracy and compliance in commercial transactions with our NTEP (National Type Evaluation Program) approved scale option. This version has undergone rigorous testing and evaluation by the NCWM (National Conference on Weights and Measures) to meet the stringent accuracy and performance standards required for "Legal For Trade" applications in most states.   • Hard Wire Adapter Kit for Display (Instrument Power from Truck Battery): This kit allows you to hardwire the scale's display to the forklift's electrical system, covering voltages from 9V to 100V. If your forklift already has a 12V electric system, this kit is not necessary. We strongly recommend hardwiring the display as it prevents potential issues with accuracy and errors that can occur when using batteries with low power
  • Printer: A 12V separate thermal printer which can print-out a maximum 24 characters per line. Print-out with weight, code, sequence number and date and time. Total weight is printed at end of cycle. This includes including 2 additional paper rolls measuring 2.28"width x 2" diameter x 700" length. To save battery power the printer is only switched on during a printing command.
  • WiFi Integrated: Allows an easy connection and integration into your WiFi-network. WiFi protocols 802.11 b/g and 802.11 n (2,4 GHz) and provides secure data access with WPA-Personal, WPA2-Personal. No WPA-2 Enterprise security level. Control LED which lights green when the module is connected to the network. Including antenna installed in the polymer housing. Fully integrated in the indicator housing, protected against humidity and shocks. Power consumption 12V / 150mA.
  • Extra Li-Ion Battery Pack: Spare 3.7V / 5.2Ah RAVAS Li-ion iFork-32 battery packs for the fork transmitters. Recommended if the truck is in continuous use.
