I have to admit for a small business the cost for one of these Escalera Hand Trucks was biggest factor as to why I never bought one. I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. I love my Escalera Stair Cat. I used in an elementary school with no elevator makes very short work of pulling a dolly loaded with cases of paper to the third floor.
