I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. The manufacturer got the part out and is on their way. They not only sent one set of the missing parts they sent two sets making sure they had the bases covered. Just WOW! Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. As an HVAC contractor, our teams often transport large condensers and support materials over a variety of soft and uneven surfaces. The Anderson Dolly has made our job so easy. Now it only take 2 guys to move a larger Refrigration box inside a convenience store where it used to take 5 guys.

I own a HVAC company. I recently had back surgery and I needed to find a way to load/unload from my trucks and get my equipment/ units up and downstairs, in attics and on shelves. This is it! To me the $3,000+ expense was kinda steep but compared to my $90,000+ surgery I feel like it's a great investment.

I purchased the Escalera Motorized Stair Climber along with Hitch/Reciever and the Big Wheel attachments which are most definitely must haves. Being able to move my HVAC equipment by myself has been quite liberating and is saving a lot of additional labor expenses. It's a little slow, it takes me about 2-3 minutes to go up a flight of stairs by myself, which is fine considering that I am not hurting myself or tired after I'm done.

Learning to go down the stairs was a challenge at first but totally doable. This is a great dolly for our baby grand. Assembly is a two-person job. It's not difficult, but you just need four hands at times. I have plenty of help to lift the piano onto the cart. The cart works great and looks good too. Highly recommended.

This is the 4th one of the Spartan Senior hand trucks that I have purchased. They’re lightweight, affordable and hood up to the loads I carry on them. Every time my business expands I get another. I’ll keep buying them as long as Handtrucks2go keeps selling them. Only thing I wish I could get is a brake on one of the small wheels. If you have that as an option please let me know. Otherwise I have to get them somewhere else because I have to have a brake for the small wheels.
