The shipment came as promised. When you first get the Escalera Hand Truck you can see the pride the have for the equipment in the way they packed the equipment. The company is an outstanding company. Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. We purchased the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck to move appliances in San Francisco most of the elevators in these buildings are over 100 years old so we were having to do it all by hand carrying it up and down the staircases.
