I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. The shipment came as promised. When you first get the Escalera Hand Truck you can see the pride the have for the equipment in the way they packed the equipment. The company is an outstanding company. Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly and it is perfect for my 5' 1" Kawai G-1. This dolly is super strong with superb casters. The 5 inch casters even have grease fitting installed on them. The directions this unit are not great but, there are plenty of you tube videos to help you assemble the pieces. This is the best grand piano made. It also looks good once installed on the piano.

This is the second set of Twin Dollies I have purchased from Handtrucks2go. These are used to move 800lb hydraulic elevator tank/ pump assemblies/ tall elevator controllers, and misc elevator crates in and out of buildings. These are very good at stabilizing heavy loads, steering around corners, into elevators, and onto trucks. I plan to buy another set as needed.
