Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly and it is perfect for my 5' 1" Kawai G-1. This dolly is super strong with superb casters. The 5 inch casters even have grease fitting installed on them. The directions this unit are not great but, there are plenty of you tube videos to help you assemble the pieces. This is the best grand piano made. It also looks good once installed on the piano.

I collect antique slot machines for home entertainment and getting these 250lb machines up my stairway has been a problem. Normally I rent an electric stair climber when I need one but the last time I had to drive 50 miles to the nearest rental company that had one. As a plumbing contractor with a fully equipped machine shop, I was going to make one myself but decided to spend the $ and not look back. This is the 4th one of the Spartan Senior hand trucks that I have purchased. They’re lightweight, affordable and hood up to the loads I carry on them. Every time my business expands I get another. I’ll keep buying them as long as Handtrucks2go keeps selling them. Only thing I wish I could get is a brake on one of the small wheels. If you have that as an option please let me know. Otherwise I have to get them somewhere else because I have to have a brake for the small wheels.

The Escalera Stair Climber is an awesome hand truck. Works as advertised. Very easy to use. I opt the forklift option and it greatly helps to balance the load. Moved multiple 500 lbs. geothermal heat pumps in a 3 story house with 2 guys. It took less than 10 minutes to climb 1 geo unit all 67 steps. This dolly even climbed spiral staircase with ease. I would highly recommend this dolly to anybody that has to move heavy object up and down the stairs.
