I have a beverage delivery route, and durability is important since I typically haul 4 to 5 cases on a single hand truck which weigh about 35lbs each. I was looking at folding hand trucks since my delivery truck is usually packed with cases leaving me with not much room for extras. My research lead me to this Magliner Folding Compact Hand Truck, and although this was by far one of the most expensive, it's also most durable. It took me a while to pull the trigger due to price, but now that I have it, I wish I wouldn't have hesitated.

Overall it’s a great product. The BP-Liberator Hand Truck that I custom built definitely helps a lot for going up and down stairs. It’s also lighter than my other big dollies. It’s fairly expensive, but it’s also very good quality. I will defintely buy from here again.

I have to admit for a small business the cost for one of these Escalera Hand Trucks was biggest factor as to why I never bought one. We purchased the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck to move appliances in San Francisco most of the elevators in these buildings are over 100 years old so we were having to do it all by hand carrying it up and down the staircases. This purchase has made life 100 times easier. We got the extended tow plate, big wheel attachment, upgraded battery, swivel caster attachment and an extra extension strap. We were able to not only move appliances but other large extremely difficult and bulky items.

I love my Escalera Stair Cat. I used in an elementary school with no elevator makes very short work of pulling a dolly loaded with cases of paper to the third floor. The forklift attachment works great for loading heavy furniture up onto a stage.  I also used to require 4 men tto move a heavy wooden desk downstairs but now it can be accomplished by one person with NO back pain!

Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. The Escalera Stair Climber is an awesome hand truck. Works as advertised. Very easy to use. I opt the forklift option and it greatly helps to balance the load. Moved multiple 500 lbs. geothermal heat pumps in a 3 story house with 2 guys. It took less than 10 minutes to climb 1 geo unit all 67 steps. This dolly even climbed spiral staircase with ease.
