Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. Once Escalera Motorized Stair Climber came in we put it to use immediately. We really appreciate the quality and craftsmanship that was thought about behind the engineering. These are used to move 800lb hydraulic elevator tank/ pump assemblies/ tall elevator controllers, and misc elevator crates in and out of buildings.
