Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was able to maneuver around it. I wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow through that.

Once Escalera Motorized Stair Climber came in we put it to use immediately. We really appreciate the quality and craftsmanship that was thought about behind the engineering.
