Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was able to maneuver around it. I wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow through that.

This is a great dolly for our baby grand. Assembly is a two-person job. It's not difficult, but you just need four hands at times. I have plenty of help to lift the piano onto the cart. The cart works great and looks good too. Highly recommended.

I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. We got this Escalera Hand Truck for getting kegs and spent grain up from a small brewery located about 3 1/2' below grade level. I'm 66 and was the first to use it. I had to get 10 half-barrels (about 130 lbs each) up for a pickup. I got them all up and in position in 27 minutes, with hardly any effort. This is an amazing piece of equipment!

I love my Escalera Stair Cat. I used in an elementary school with no elevator makes very short work of pulling a dolly loaded with cases of paper to the third floor. The forklift attachment works great for loading heavy furniture up onto a stage.  I also used to require 4 men tto move a heavy wooden desk downstairs but now it can be accomplished by one person with NO back pain!

After consulting customer service, I purchased the replacement clips for an older Harper Hand Truck. They sturdy clips worked perfectly; much to my delight.
