I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. Best purchase we have made in 10 years. What took two men with a standard pallet jack to load a container truck now takes one with the new PowerPallet Truck.

Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily.
