This is a great dolly for our baby grand. Assembly is a two-person job. It's not difficult, but you just need four hands at times. I have plenty of help to lift the piano onto the cart. The cart works great and looks good too. Highly recommended.

We purchased the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck to move appliances in San Francisco most of the elevators in these buildings are over 100 years old so we were having to do it all by hand carrying it up and down the staircases. This purchase has made life 100 times easier. We got the extended tow plate, big wheel attachment, upgraded battery, swivel caster attachment and an extra extension strap. We were able to not only move appliances but other large extremely difficult and bulky items.

This is the second convertible hand truck of this type I've purchased, the first of which I left at our cabin in New Hampshire. Up there I use it for hauling wood and boulders around. Down here I use if for transporting music gear and bags of garden soil.

Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. The Anderson Vending Machine and Appliance Dolly was the best purchase to move our vending machines! We didn’t have to empty our machines of any products and the machine empty weighs 600lbs with the extra product load it was nearly 640lbs.
