I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. The manufacturer got the part out and is on their way. They not only sent one set of the missing parts they sent two sets making sure they had the bases covered. Just WOW! The Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck is an amazing piece of gear we had been using a regular hand truck to move 300lb copiers up stairs. Love our PowerPallet convertor kit. The unit went on our manual jack easily and fairly quickly. The driver delivered 18 stops before the battery started showing yellow.

The Multi-Mover all terrain hand truck is amazing it greatly decreases the work load on the person moving the equipment.

Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. Church elders thanked me. Even a Customer. I'm happy and would recommend you this Piano Dolly to all interested parties.

This is the second set of Twin Dollies I have purchased from Handtrucks2go. These are used to move 800lb hydraulic elevator tank/ pump assemblies/ tall elevator controllers, and misc elevator crates in and out of buildings. These are very good at stabilizing heavy loads, steering around corners, into elevators, and onto trucks. I plan to buy another set as needed.

Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was able to maneuver around it. I wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow through that.

I purchased my first Lectro Truck in 1988. The steel version called old orange. A great machine for my plumbing and heating business. One man can safely move a 900 pound boiler upstairs out of the house and on to the truck,where it used to take 3 or 4 men.

I felt it was time to upgrade to the 6512E.We still have old orange for use around the shop and the new one now goes to the jobs. I have made and saved alot of money using this product and most important no one was ever hurt moving these large heavy items. Keep up the good work on these quality hand trucks! We got this Escalera Hand Truck for getting kegs and spent grain up from a small brewery located about 3 1/2' below grade level. I'm 66 and was the first to use it. I had to get 10 half-barrels (about 130 lbs each) up for a pickup. I got them all up and in position in 27 minutes, with hardly any effort. This is an amazing piece of equipment!
