Expand descriptionThis Electric Chain Hoist from Bison is able to carry and lift using its forged carbon steel hook up to 4,000 lbs worth of load. It comes with a motorized trolley which is easily attachable to a beam.
The lifting is controlled by a pendant controller with an 18 feet chord attached to the product and has an emergency button feature which stops the operation in case of emergencies. This is works best in a variety of material handling industries such as construction, warehousing, manufacturing, work sites, distribution and equipment maintenance.
Its body is almost completely sealed and made up of aluminum making it extremely durable and compact while providing protection against water and dust. It has a chain guide which helps reduce noise during operation as well as reducing stress and wear on the chain itself. Built-in hoist brake provides added safety by stopping the lifting when the power is disconnected to the motor.
The Electric Chain Hoist can be wired either in 230V or 460V, easily changeable by taking off the cover and manually switching the wirings. We will also prewire the settings of your choice, just specify your voltage when ordering. The heavy duty motor provides you optimum performance lifting loads at a rate of 14.44 ft/min.
Standard chain lift height of 20 feet, custom lift heights are available upon request. Please call customer service for this option. Comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

- Standard drop down control panel cover allowing ease in access as well as safety when carrying out installation and maintenance
- An emergency stop button to shut off power in the event of an emergency (simply twist and release)
- Low voltage push buttons with a positive action and strain relief wire, molded into the pendant cable for added support and durability
