Our first Escalera Hand Truck lasted 30 years, so it was a no-brainer to purchase another one. The new model works great and operates much more smoothly, as expected. I highly recommend opting for the upgraded battery and large wheels.

Love our PowerPallet convertor kit. The unit went on our manual jack easily and fairly quickly. The driver delivered 18 stops before the battery started showing yellow.

I purchased the Escalera Motorized Stair Climber along with Hitch/Reciever and the Big Wheel attachments which are most definitely must haves. Being able to move my HVAC equipment by myself has been quite liberating and is saving a lot of additional labor expenses. It's a little slow, it takes me about 2-3 minutes to go up a flight of stairs by myself, which is fine considering that I am not hurting myself or tired after I'm done.

Learning to go down the stairs was a challenge at first but totally doable. I find myself very popular among my friends and family who have been getting me to come show off my new toy to move various large items like a pinball machine, a refrigerator, a safe etc. All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase. I have bad knees and going up and down stairs is hard on me. We purchased these hand trucks for our rental properties maintenance techs in four states. This product is amazing!
