We purchased the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck to move appliances in San Francisco most of the elevators in these buildings are over 100 years old so we were having to do it all by hand carrying it up and down the staircases. This purchase has made life 100 times easier. We got the extended tow plate, big wheel attachment, upgraded battery, swivel caster attachment and an extra extension strap. The Anderson Vending Machine and Appliance Dolly was the best purchase to move our vending machines! We didn’t have to empty our machines of any products and the machine empty weighs 600lbs with the extra product load it was nearly 640lbs. It only took myself and my wife to move the machine, she steered while I pushed. The price we would’ve paid for professional movers was the same price we paid for the product. As a plumbing contractor with a fully equipped machine shop, I was going to make one myself but decided to spend the $ and not look back. Extremely happy I did, the Escalera Hand Trucks are worth the time and $ I would have had to put into it. It is well designed and has grease zerks and flat free tires. I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly and it is perfect for my 5' 1" Kawai G-1. This dolly is super strong with superb casters. The 5 inch casters even have grease fitting installed on them. The directions this unit are not great but, there are plenty of you tube videos to help you assemble the pieces. This is the best grand piano made. It also looks good once installed on the piano.

We got this Escalera Hand Truck for getting kegs and spent grain up from a small brewery located about 3 1/2' below grade level. I'm 66 and was the first to use it.
