I own numerous apartment buildings and laundromats. I have no clue how we have survived as long as we have without this Escalera Motorized Stair Climber! Seriously, big 1000 lb washing machines are no problem, getting them over a threshold is easy as pie now or taking a damn appliance up 4 flights of stairs... Not a problem anymore. I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly for my 5'2" Cable Nelson Baby Grand. I am very happy with it. I was worried about assembly, but it turned out to be easy. I'm glad I purchased the one with brakes as one day I will have hardwood floors again. I'm absolutely happy.

We purchased the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck to move appliances in San Francisco most of the elevators in these buildings are over 100 years old so we were having to do it all by hand carrying it up and down the staircases. These are used to move 800lb hydraulic elevator tank/ pump assemblies/ tall elevator controllers, and misc elevator crates in and out of buildings.
