This is the second set of Twin Dollies I have purchased from Handtrucks2go. These are used to move 800lb hydraulic elevator tank/ pump assemblies/ tall elevator controllers, and misc elevator crates in and out of buildings. I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. The manufacturer got the part out and is on their way. They not only sent one set of the missing parts they sent two sets making sure they had the bases covered. Just WOW! I have to admit for a small business the cost for one of these Escalera Hand Trucks was biggest factor as to why I never bought one. BUT it’s one of the better purchases I have made.  I don’t have to worry about hiring more men just to move one price of equipment.  Not to mention saving myself from all that back pain.
