I have had a power assist wheelbarrow from Handtrucks2go perhaps 5 or 6 years. An incredible assist for hawling most anything. Recently I damaged the transformer for recharging the batteries. A request for assistance from PAW was quickly answered and a new transformer was delivered at a reasonable price. I can assure you this company is trustworthy.

This is the second convertible hand truck of this type I've purchased, the first of which I left at our cabin in New Hampshire. Up there I use it for hauling wood and boulders around. Down here I use if for transporting music gear and bags of garden soil.

The Escalera Stair Climber is an awesome hand truck. Works as advertised. Very easy to use. I opt the forklift option and it greatly helps to balance the load. Moved multiple 500 lbs. geothermal heat pumps in a 3 story house with 2 guys. It took less than 10 minutes to climb 1 geo unit all 67 steps. This dolly even climbed spiral staircase with ease. I would highly recommend this dolly to anybody that has to move heavy object up and down the stairs.

This piano dolly is amazing. I can now move my expensive piano smoothly and safely, regardless of the cracks in the side walks. It is so easy to turn, steady, and push. It handles the rough terrain so easily. This company has great customer service. They always responded to my correspondence. When a wheel broke off, they replaced the whole dolly at no cost to us. I bought the Compact Fully-Electric Pallet Jack from Apollo Lifts to support our growth an take some of the work out of using manually pallet Jack's. It work much better than expected. I own a HVAC company. I recently had back surgery and I needed to find a way to load/unload from my trucks and get my equipment/ units up and downstairs, in attics and on shelves. This is it! To me the $3,000+ expense was kinda steep but compared to my $90,000+ surgery I feel like it's a great investment.

I purchased the Escalera Motorized Stair Climber along with Hitch/Reciever and the Big Wheel attachments which are most definitely must haves. Being able to move my HVAC equipment by myself has been quite liberating and is saving a lot of additional labor expenses. It's a little slow, it takes me about 2-3 minutes to go up a flight of stairs by myself, which is fine considering that I am not hurting myself or tired after I'm done.

Learning to go down the stairs was a challenge at first but totally doable. I find myself very popular among my friends and family who have been getting me to come show off my new toy to move various large items like a pinball machine, a refrigerator, a safe etc. All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase. So YES I recommend this product.

We purchased the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck to move appliances in San Francisco most of the elevators in these buildings are over 100 years old so we were having to do it all by hand carrying it up and down the staircases. This purchase has made life 100 times easier. We got the extended tow plate, big wheel attachment, upgraded battery, swivel caster attachment and an extra extension strap. We were able to not only move appliances but other large extremely difficult and bulky items.

Excellent! This Grand Piano Dolly is strong, easy to put together and rolls beautifully without scratching the floor. The design is excellent as well as you can easily play the piano while it is on the dolly. It was also delivered in time and just what we needed.

Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. Church elders thanked me. Even a Customer. I'm happy and would recommend you this Piano Dolly to all interested parties.
