I ordered a piano dolly and it fits my piano here at school perfectly. When I called, the representative was very helpful and ensured the correct size of the dolly for my piano. The delivery did not take long at all.  I am very pleased!!

Easy to order and arrived quickly - the parts were just what I needed. 

Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. I was in need of a hand truck that was light weight and able to pick up 2 stacks of milk crates at the same time. I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly and it is perfect for my 5' 1" Kawai G-1. This dolly is super strong with superb casters. The 5 inch casters even have grease fitting installed on them. The directions this unit are not great but, there are plenty of you tube videos to help you assemble the pieces. This is the best grand piano made. It also looks good once installed on the piano.

We purchased these hand trucks for our rental properties maintenance techs in four states. This product is amazing!
