I have to admit for a small business the cost for one of these Escalera Hand Trucks was biggest factor as to why I never bought one. This is a great dolly for our baby grand. Assembly is a two-person job. It's not difficult, but you just need four hands at times. I have plenty of help to lift the piano onto the cart. The cart works great and looks good too. Highly recommended.

I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. I have had a power assist wheelbarrow from Handtrucks2go perhaps 5 or 6 years. An incredible assist for hawling most anything. Recently I damaged the transformer for recharging the batteries. A request for assistance from PAW was quickly answered and a new transformer was delivered at a reasonable price. I can assure you this company is trustworthy.

I own a HVAC company. I recently had back surgery and I needed to find a way to load/unload from my trucks and get my equipment/ units up and downstairs, in attics and on shelves. This is it! To me the $3,000+ expense was kinda steep but compared to my $90,000+ surgery I feel like it's a great investment.

I purchased the Escalera Motorized Stair Climber along with Hitch/Reciever and the Big Wheel attachments which are most definitely must haves. Being able to move my HVAC equipment by myself has been quite liberating and is saving a lot of additional labor expenses. It's a little slow, it takes me about 2-3 minutes to go up a flight of stairs by myself, which is fine considering that I am not hurting myself or tired after I'm done.

Learning to go down the stairs was a challenge at first but totally doable. I find myself very popular among my friends and family who have been getting me to come show off my new toy to move various large items like a pinball machine, a refrigerator, a safe etc. All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase. I have a beverage delivery route, and durability is important since I typically haul 4 to 5 cases on a single hand truck which weigh about 35lbs each. I was looking at folding hand trucks since my delivery truck is usually packed with cases leaving me with not much room for extras. I have bad knees and going up and down stairs is hard on me. Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was able to maneuver around it. I wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow through that.
