I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. The manufacturer got the part out and is on their way. They not only sent one set of the missing parts they sent two sets making sure they had the bases covered. Just WOW! We have an oil company in Long Island New York. The 1260E Hand Truck has been a wonderful addition to our business. It helps us to move 800 and 1000 lb boilers up and down stairs with ease. 

I collect antique slot machines for home entertainment and getting these 250lb machines up my stairway has been a problem.
