Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. Great value for a Custom Hand Truck! This is the way to go if you want to add your own features but are on a budget. The service is superior and the step by step process is easy to follow.

The company was careful that I didn’t order an incorrect size. I appreciated that. All parts and nuts and bolts were there with plain and simple instructions. 

I have to admit for a small business the cost for one of these Escalera Hand Trucks was biggest factor as to why I never bought one.
