I have bad knees and going up and down stairs is hard on me. Live in Ontario Canada, not Alabama, but provinces are not available. Mine was a small purchase, a clip for my hand truck, but absolutely necessary for it to securely function. Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. The Escalera Stair Climber is an awesome hand truck. Works as advertised. Very easy to use. I opt the forklift option and it greatly helps to balance the load. Moved multiple 500 lbs. geothermal heat pumps in a 3 story house with 2 guys. It took less than 10 minutes to climb 1 geo unit all 67 steps. This dolly even climbed spiral staircase with ease. I would highly recommend this dolly to anybody that has to move heavy object up and down the stairs.

I have a beverage delivery route, and durability is important since I typically haul 4 to 5 cases on a single hand truck which weigh about 35lbs each. Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly.
