Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. Terrific Luggage Platform Truck for our multi-purpose use!  The construction is solid, the assembly was simple, the item is attractive, and it promises to be an enduring and highly functional tool in our inventory.  So glad we made this purchase!

Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. I have bad knees and going up and down stairs is hard on me. The Powered Wheel Barrow is an amazing product, I certainly wish I’ve discovered this years ago. We live in Florida where the grass is thick and pushing a regular wheel barrow is like a workout. The PAW rolls through the thick St. Augustine grass with no problem. It works perfectly just as described in their website. It’s balanced and the hand controls are easy to use. I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly and it is perfect for my 5' 1" Kawai G-1. This dolly is super strong with superb casters. The 5 inch casters even have grease fitting installed on them. The directions this unit are not great but, there are plenty of you tube videos to help you assemble the pieces. This is the best grand piano made. It also looks good once installed on the piano.

My Escalera was well worth the wait, it has saved my back already, and I've only had it a couple of weeks. Best investment I have ever made.

This is the 4th one of the Spartan Senior hand trucks that I have purchased. They’re lightweight, affordable and hood up to the loads I carry on them. Every time my business expands I get another. Otherwise I have to get them somewhere else because I have to have a brake for the small wheels.

This product is sweet! I had made investment after researching and also seeing an older model in action the last couple of years, the tool has stood the test of many basement stairs and boiler removals.
