The shipment came as promised. When you first get the Escalera Hand Truck you can see the pride the have for the equipment in the way they packed the equipment. The company is an outstanding company. They make sure there will be no damage in shipment. The unit came as expected. The accessory wheels were an easy add-on.

Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. We purchased these hand trucks for our rental properties maintenance techs in four states. This product is amazing!
