Our first Escalera Hand Truck lasted 30 years, so it was a no-brainer to purchase another one. The new model works great and operates much more smoothly, as expected. I highly recommend opting for the upgraded battery and large wheels.

I have to admit for a small business the cost for one of these Escalera Hand Trucks was biggest factor as to why I never bought one. The Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck is an amazing piece of gear we had been using a regular hand truck to move 300lb copiers up stairs.
